Coral Spring Elementary School

Scope of work: This project consisted of restroom renovations to comply with ADA regulations; the replacement of concrete pads for new HVAC units; the installation of new partition walls for the new library located inside Building 01; the construction of new interior walls for the new mechanical room; the replacement of acoustic ceilings in all buildings; VCT patch repairs around the restrooms; exterior painting and stucco repairs, it also involved the opening and closing of existing gypsum ceiling panels to facilitate the installation of wire hangers for MEP work, and the cleaning of construction areas both during the work and prior to final handover.
Rolling Green Elementary School

Scope of work: This project consisted of the restoration of interior walls and the application of fresh paint throughout the interiors of all buildings (classrooms, hallways, ceilings, stairwells, etc.); restroom renovations to ensure compliance with ADA standards; the replacement of concrete flooring following pipe replacement work; the partial replacement of acoustic ceilings; and the renovation of restroom tiling.
Heritage Elementary School

Scope of work: This project consisted of the restoration of interior walls and the application of fresh paint throughout the interiors of all buildings (classrooms, hallways, ceilings, stairwells, etc.), as well as the renewal of 78,000 square feet of acoustic ceiling tiles within the buildings. The project was completed within an estimated timeframe of three months.
North Beach Elementary School

Scope of work: This project consisted of the restoration of the exterior corridor ceilings on the first and second floors throughout the school, as well as the restoration of the structural columns on the first floor; we were involved in the entire demolition process and the renovation of the structural metal system.
John F Kennedy Middle School

Scope of work: This project consisted of the restoration of the walls and the application of new exterior paint on all buildings. Additionally, paint restoration was carried out in the auditorium and selected areas, along with the installation of a new acoustic wall inside the auditorium and new acoustic ceilings in selected rooms.
Richmond / Biotech Heights Middle School
Agency Miami Dade County Public Schools
Scope of work: This project consisted of the restoration of the walls and the application of new exterior paint on all buildings; it also involved paint restoration in selected areas, restoration of acoustic ceilings within Room 065, installation of new VCT flooring, selective interior demolition to facilitate renovation work, selective cleanup during the renovation process, and final cleaning prior to handover.

Scope of work: This project consisted of the selective demolition of areas within the school, the restoration of interior plaster walls, and the renovation of 35,000 square feet of acoustic ceiling tiles within the buildings.

Scope of work: This project consisted of the design and installation of selective acoustic ceilings featuring a "cloud" design within the building specifically, gypsum cloud panels with a No. 05 finish, as well as the design and installation of acoustic baffles.

Scope of work: This project consists of repairing plaster walls and applying exterior paint throughout the entire building; new interior paint was also included in selected areas.

Scope of work: This project consists of repairing interior walls and installing tiles in 15 bathrooms.
